He and they, the fans, weren't planning on or honipg to kill anyone. Years of community service/probation are all that are justified in this situation. If you've ever received a speeding ticket, you didn't care about the law . The law put in place because your speeding in that area could cause accidents. You no more belong in prison than these fellas. Quite a tragedy but not something meriting prison time.
